Payment Policy:

Credit or Debit Card details are required to secure all bookings.

If your booking is secured with a CREDIT card a deposit of 25% of the booking total will be charged to your credit card on confirmation. The balance is due in accordance with our cancellation policy but payable on arrival.

If you prefer to secure the booking with a DEBIT card the full amount is processed on confirmation.

Children are welcome

Standard Cancellation Policy:
 Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Cancellation Policy for periods of Peak Demand

i.e. bookings between 20 December & 20 February, Easter, Labour Weekend and Whitianga Scallop Festival Weekend
Cancellation within 28 days of arrival date incurs  50.00% forfeit of total booking price Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date incurs 100.00% forfeit of total booking price
